Ally Insurance Agency is one of the few remaining Rockford area based insurance agencies. Most agencies are owned and operated by Chicago companies, or worse, no Rockford offices, and you have to contact them on an 800 number. At ally, we just drop in to their convenient location for service and to make payments.

The ally staff and agents have always been very helpful to me. My Ally agent there told me that if I ever have a billing problem or claim dispute that he would try to assist me and that if I was not satisfied with the result, he would find another Ally agency-contracted company for me. That's good to know that I can change companies and stay at Ally!

I like to pay my auto and homeowner's insurance biils in person and to get a handwritten receipt when i drop off my money. Also, when i have a question or problem with my insurance I want to see someone in person and I can do that at Ally Insurance. I like their ground floor location where I can park near the entrance, especially in the winter.
